Hello fellow travelers! My name is Morgan and I am The Wayfaring Redhead. I started traveling in high school and have never stopped enjoying new places and having amazing experiences along the way. I work full time as a physician assistant which helps me fund my travel adventures. Now unlike other travel blogs I have read I am lucky enough not to feel “stuck” at my current job and truly do enjoy it; however, traveling and experiencing what our world has to offer is undeniably a must in my life.

Since finishing graduate school two years ago I finally have the means to travel more and have been to 10 new countries and 3 new states since (and I’m not stopping there)! My goal is to travel a new country and state every year and document my adventures, advice along the way for you all.  

So whether you are wanting to plan a short getaway or a once in a lifetime vacation you can find everything from places to go, how to book and pack, and what to see and do while away. [Now full disclosure here, if you are looking for a blog that posts pictures of exotic places with skinny model types in the pictures that is not me! I find relaxing vacations a little over rated but maybe I will take one someday. After all my last 2 week vacation consisted of walking 170 miles and over 400 stories worth of stairs through europe.]
